Source: Manufacturer technical catalog (Danfoss / IMI Hydronic / HERZ / Haier / Gorenje 2025–2026) and LST EN 215 / EN 12828 / EN 303-5 standard
Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 693 97098).
Material / Spec: Nerūdijančio plieno AISI 304 arba žalvario G 1" sija su skaidriais 0–5 l/min rotametrais
Srautas l/min reguliuojamas sukant rotametro žiedą, kol plūdė pasiekia projektinę vertę.
EN 1264 balansavimas: vieno 16×2,0 mm kontūro ilgis L ≤ 80–100 m (ΔT = 5 K), srautas nustatomas rotametru (0,5–3,5 l/min) pagal kilpos ilgį.
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Confirm that SSV-150 connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing Gilės Inžinerija (SSV-150), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (SSV-150)
Verified mating components for Gilės Inžinerija (SSV-150) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this Gilės Inžinerija unit (SKU SSV-150, category: Solar thermal systems & collectors) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine Gilės Inžinerija components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing SSV 150 (SSV-150, retail price 1785,96 €), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.
