Dimensional & hydraulic connection schematic
Juodo kvarco kristalo tenas (tinka Megatherm MPB, Pelltech, Viadrus, Kalvis) – Gilės Inžinerija MPB serija inžinerinis komponentas, skirtas kategorijai „Degikli
Material / Spec: Keraminis tenas 300–400 W (1050 °C) arba nerūdijančio plieno AISI 316 jutiklio kapsulė
Neliesti kaitinimo elemento riebaluotais pirštais ir neįremti į metalinį korpusą.
Serviso taisyklė: keičiant uždegimo teną ar NTC / PT1000 jutiklį, privaloma atjungti 230V AC maitinimą ir palikti ≥ 5 mm oro tarpą aplink kaitinimo zoną.
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (Katgr398300)
Verified mating components for Gilės Inžinerija (Katgr398300) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this Gilės Inžinerija unit (SKU Katgr398300, category: Burners & accessories) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine Gilės Inžinerija components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing Black quartz crystal ignition element (tinka Megatherm MPB, Pelltech, Viadrus, Kalvis) (Katgr398300, retail price 84,70 €), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.
Tai atskira serviso atsarginė dalis (uždegimo tenas, ardelis, fotodiodas, STB termostatas arba ventiliatorius) – granulių bunkeris ir šnekas į šią poziciją neįeina. Netinka šilumos siurbliams.

Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 611 19158).
Confirm that Katgr398300 connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing Gilės Inžinerija (Katgr398300), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
