Dimensional & hydraulic connection schematic
Sekcijinis aliumininis radiatorius Ferroli POL 500 – 8 sekcijų surinktas komplektas (960 W, L=640 mm, ašių tarpas 500 mm) – Ferroli POL serija inžinerinis kompo
Shipped from central warehouse (delivery 2–4 bus. days)
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (POL-500-8S)
Verified mating components for Ferroli (POL-500-8S) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this Ferroli unit (SKU POL-500-8S, category: Radiators & convectors) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine Ferroli components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing Sekcijinis aliumininis radiatorius Ferroli POL 500 – 8 sekcijų surinktas komplektas (960 W, L=640 mm, ašių tarpas 500 mm) (POL-500-8S, retail price 135,99 €), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.
Aliumininis sekcijinis radiatorius (Ferroli POL / Calidor) turi G 1" šonines kolektoriaus angas (dešinėje – dešininis R sriegis, kairėje – kairinis L sriegis). Montavimui būtinas 1"×1/2" perėjimų komplektas (GI-FERROLI-001), laikikliai ir šoninis DN15 vožtuvas!

Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 611 19158).
Confirm that POL-500-8S connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing Ferroli (POL-500-8S), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
Ceramic ignition element (tinka Megatherm MPB, Pelltech, Viadrus, Kalvis)
