Centrometal Katilas-viryklė su orkaitė BIO-PEK 23/B – L – Centrometal BIO-PEK serija inžinerinis komponentas, skirtas…
Material / Spec: Lakštinis plienas S235JR (3–4 mm), išbandytas 1,5×PN hidrauliniu slėgiu
Akumuliacinėms talpoms – juodas plienas; ŠV boileriams – titano emalis + 850 °C degimas.
EN 12828 sauga: tarp boilerio / akumuliacinės talpos ir apsauginio vožtuvo (3 bar šildymui / 6 bar geriamam vandeniui) bei Statico plėtimosi indo draudžiama montuoti uždaromąją armatūrą.
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (20785)
Verified mating components for Centrometal (20785) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this Centrometal unit (SKU 20785, category: Boilers & boiler room equipment) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine Centrometal components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing Centrometal boiler-viryklė su orkaitė BIO-PEK 23/B – L (20785, price on request), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.
Kieto kuro ir granuliniams katilams privalomas 61 °C grįžtamo vandens apsaugos vožtuvas (HERZ Teplomix DN25/DN32), 2,5–3 bar apsauginė grupė, Statico plėtimosi indas ir Gorenje ZV akumuliacinė talpa.

Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 693 97098).
Confirm that 20785 connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing Centrometal (20785), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
Pramoninis plieninis Solid fuel boiler 150 kW (angliai up to 180 kW) su orapūte ir valdikliu (KaTRI3850150)
