Centrometal Akumuliacinė talpa CAS-S 1001 – Centrometal CAS-S serija inžinerinis komponentas, skirtas kategorijai…
Material / Spec: Lakštinis plienas S235JR (3–4 mm), išbandytas 1,5×PN hidrauliniu slėgiu
Akumuliacinėms talpoms – juodas plienas; ŠV boileriams – titano emalis + 850 °C degimas.
EN 12828 sauga: tarp boilerio / akumuliacinės talpos ir apsauginio vožtuvo (3 bar šildymui / 6 bar geriamam vandeniui) bei Statico plėtimosi indo draudžiama montuoti uždaromąją armatūrą.
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (16724)
Verified mating components for Centrometal (16724) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this Centrometal unit (SKU 16724, category: Buffer tanks & water heaters) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine Centrometal components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing Centrometal Buffer tank CAS-S 1001 (16724, price on request), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.
Inžinerinė tiesa: akumuliacinė (buferinė) talpa (pvz., Gorenje Tiki ZV / Centrometal CAS / Dražice NAD) yra neemaliuota (be emalės ir be magnio anodo), todėl skirta TIK uždaros šildymo sistemos techniniam termofikaciniam vandeniui (katilams ir šilumos siurbliams). Geriamam karštam buitiniam vandeniui naudokite emaliuotą boilerį (Dražice OKC / Gorenje GBK / Haier HP)!

Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 693 97098).
Confirm that 16724 connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing Centrometal (16724), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
Black quartz crystal ignition element (tinka Megatherm MPB, Pelltech, Viadrus, Kalvis)
