STROMAX-AWD vožtuvas geriamam vandeniui, DN80, tūrinio srauto klasė VB, su galimybe prijungti drenažinį vožtuvą – HERZ STROMAX-AWD serija inžinerinis komponent
Shipped from central warehouse (delivery 2–4 bus. days)
Material / Spec: Karštai štampuotas žalvaris CW617N / DZR AMETAL-C, PN16, T_max 120 °C
Montuoti tik pagal srauto rodyklę ant korpuso (5×DN prieš vožtuvą, 2×DN už vožtuvo).
Tiesaus vamzdžio taisyklė: ≥ 5×DN prieš balansinį vožtuvą (P1) ir ≥ 2×DN už vožtuvo (P2) stabiliai Δp matavimo charakteristikai.
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (2412578)
Verified mating components for HERZ (2412578) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this HERZ unit (SKU 2412578, category: Balansiniai ir reguliuojimo vožtuvai) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine HERZ components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing STROMAX-AWD valve geriamam vandeniui, DN80, tūrinio srauto klasė VB, su galimybe prijungti drenažinį vožtuvą (2412578, retail price 446,75 €), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.

Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 611 19158).
Confirm that 2412578 connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing HERZ (2412578), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
