Comisa Prailgintojas, chromuotas (1/2″x50) (Comisa, gamintojo kodas MPN/SKU: 77.17.120) – Comisa srieginių žalvarinių…
Material / Spec: Karštai štampuotas žalvaris CW617N / DZR AMETAL-C, PN16, T_max 120 °C
Montuoti tik pagal srauto rodyklę ant korpuso (5×DN prieš vožtuvą, 2×DN už vožtuvo).
Tiesaus vamzdžio taisyklė: ≥ 5×DN prieš balansinį vožtuvą (P1) ir ≥ 2×DN už vožtuvo (P2) stabiliai Δp matavimo charakteristikai.
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (77.17.120)
Verified mating components for Comisa (77.17.120) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this Comisa unit (SKU 77.17.120, category: Pipe fittings & valves) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine Comisa components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing Comisa Extension piece, chromuotas (1/2″x50) (77.17.120, price on request), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.
Prieš montuodami patikrinkite tikslų vamzdžio matmenį (pvz., 16×2,0 mm netinka 16×2,2 mm ar 17×2,0 mm vamzdžiui) ir sriegio standartą (G 3/4" Eurokonus vs G 1/2" cilindrinis sriegis).

Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 693 97098).
Confirm that 77.17.120 connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing Comisa (77.17.120), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
