Dimensional & hydraulic connection schematic
Comisa «Comisa» žalvariniai chromuoti kolektoriai vandentiekiui (1” x (3×3/4”euro)) – Comisa Grindinis serija inžinerinis…
Material / Spec: Nerūdijančio plieno AISI 304 arba žalvario G 1" sija su skaidriais 0–5 l/min rotametrais
Srautas l/min reguliuojamas sukant rotametro žiedą, kol plūdė pasiekia projektinę vertę.
EN 1264 balansavimas: vieno 16×2,0 mm kontūro ilgis L ≤ 80–100 m (ΔT = 5 K), srautas nustatomas rotametru (0,5–3,5 l/min) pagal kilpos ilgį.
All [01–06] sub-assemblies, adapters, and gaskets stocked at Eigulių St. 21, Kaunas warehouse (10+ yr service support).
Vytautas engineering compatibility note (88.20.090)
Verified mating components for Comisa (88.20.090) matched by connection standard (DN / thread / M30×1.5 / RA Click) and hydraulic compatibility.
Yes, this Comisa unit (SKU 88.20.090, category: Underfloor heating & manifolds) is manufactured to European EN 12828 hydronic standards. Verify the connection thread or nominal size (e.g. DN15 1/2", DN20 3/4", M30×1.5 or Danfoss RA Click) – our engineering advisor Vytautas lists directly compatible mating components on this page.
Genuine Comisa components use corrosion-resistant alloys (DZR brass, bronze or stainless steel) and calibrated flow paths, preventing valve sticking, water-hammer noise and premature seal leaks over 10+ heating seasons.
When installing Comisa «Comisa» chrome-plated brass plumbing manifolds (1” x (3×3/4”euro)) (88.20.090, price on request), check whether you need matching union tailpieces, Eurocone adapters, a mating thermostatic head or actuator. See the compatible parts section above.
Always observe the flow-direction arrow on the housing, depressurise the loop before fitting, and never apply hemp or tape onto flat union gaskets or O-ring cones.
Dynacon stainless steel underfloor heating manifold with automatic balancing & control valves (11 loops G3/4″) includes air vent, drain valve, brackets, connection 1″ – 9330-11.800
Dynacon stainless steel underfloor heating manifold with automatic balancing & control valves (10 loops G3/4″) includes air vent, drain valve, brackets, connection 1″ – 9330-10.800

Verification note: Solid-fuel boiler door aperture and flange dimensions vary by production year and kW rating – before ordering a door conversion kit or pellet burner, verify exact dimensions against the boiler passport or with a „Gilės inžinerija“ engineer (+370 693 97098).
Confirm that 88.20.090 connection matches the supply/return pipework and flow direction arrow.
Depressurise the heating circuit, fit the union tailpiece and tighten to factory torque.
Adjust the flow scale (Kvs / l/h) or controller setting according to room or boiler loop load.
Refill the loop, vent trapped air and verify leak-free operation under operating temperature.
Engineer pro tip: When installing Comisa (88.20.090), never wind hemp onto flat gasket seats or Eurocone O-ring cones – seal only tapered pipe threads.
